Bio Resonance
All clients are required to start with a Comprehensive Scan or Nourishment Scan (if pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant soon) in partnership with Rooted in Wellness Co. Bio resonance provides a complete view of the largest stressors in the body.
This is a separate purchase that you can make after your Free Discovery Session. Information on scan pricing and report contents can be found on Rooted in Wellness Co Instagram page.
After you purchase your scan, follow the instructions for mailing your hair and saliva samples. The average turnaround time for your report is 21 business days. During this time, I recommend focusing on Foundations which you can learn more about on my Instagram. Solid Foundations are a lifestyle and key to meeting your health goals.
Once your scan results are available, I will notify you that it is time to book your virtual consultation to review your results and protocol.
Functional Blood Work
This is optional and may provide additional insights into your overall health. You purchase your blood work through my practitioner account (no mark-up) and then you go to a participating lab for the blood draw. Please message me via your secure Practice Better portal if you would like information on pricing and locations for blood draws.
All consultations are conducted virtually through the secure Practice Better portal. Once your scan results are ready I will contact you to schedule.
1 • Initial Consultation Bio Resonance Review | Required $225
An initial consultation includes a deep dive into your medical history, symptoms and a 90-minute virtual meeting with me to review your bio resonance scan and protocol, after session notes via your Practice Better portal and one email per week. This limited email support between appointments is designed for a simple question about your protocol or to clarify anything discussed in your consultation. Please schedule a follow-up appointment if you have new symptoms arise, several questions or would like to dive deeper into any topics. Please note that the cost of protocols is not included in consultations. These are a separate purchase.
2 • Initial Consultation | Foundations | Optional $200
This consultation is for those who would like to meet to focus on foundations while waiting for their initial Bio Resonance results. If you are new to the healthy, low-tox living space this is a great place to start! Foundations are key to success as supplemental protocols cannot offset a lifestyle that does not support health. Think of your body like a house. If your foundation is not solid, things will continue to fall apart. Some of the foundations we will discuss include nutrition, hydration, sleep, stress management, movement, personal and home care products. You will complete a questionnaire prior to this 60-minute virtual meeting and together we will come up with a practical plan for you to develop and/or optimize these healthy habits to support you as you work through the Order of Operations. This is not a protocol-focused consultation. Additional free Foundations support can be found on my Instagram.
3 • Initial Consultation | Bio Resonance Review & Functional Blood Work Review | Optional $300

4 • 90-minute Follow-up Consultation $250
This consultation is intended for review of both a follow up bio resonance scan AND functional blood work report. This consultation can also be utilized if you would like more time to check-in between scans or blood work or if you would like additional support or to adjust a protocol based on symptom changes, etc.
5 • 60-minute Follow-up Consultation $175
This consultation is intended for review of one follow-up bio resonance scan OR functional blood work report. This consultation can also be utilized if you would like more time to check-in between scans or blood work or if you would like additional support or to adjust a protocol based on symptom changes, etc.
3 • 30-minute Follow-up Consultation $95
Book this consultation if you would like to check-in between scans or blood work or if you would like additional support or to adjust a protocol based on symptom changes, etc.
